1. Acceptance of Terms

Shabo AI Agency is a trading name of RMDY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("RMDY", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing and using the Shabo AI Agency website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

RMDY LLC, operating as Shabo AI Agency, provides AI consulting, automation, marketing, and related services including but not limited to:

• AI Receptionist - 24/7 AI chat agent
• AIOS - AI Operating System
• AI Business Automation - n8n workflows
• Social Media Automation - AI content engine
• GEO/AEO Intelligence - AI search visibility
• AI Content Suite - Images, videos, retainers
• AI Voice Agent - Inbound/outbound voice AI

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

4. Consultation Bookings

Consultations booked through our website are paid sessions. The following terms apply:

• The session fee is shown before you confirm your booking and must be paid in full to secure the slot
• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of RMDY LLC. We do not receive or store your full card details
• The fee is credited in full against the cost of any build you commission with us. The credit is valid for 90 days from the date of the session
• Cancellations made at least five business days before the session date are refunded in full. Cancellations inside five business days, and no-shows, are not refunded, but the fee remains available as build credit for the 90-day period above
• If we reschedule or cancel and cannot agree an alternative time with you, you receive a full refund
• Consultation content is for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or tax advice

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

While we strive to provide excellent service and results, RMDY LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue increases, or business results. Success depends on many factors including implementation, market conditions, and individual business circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RMDY LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMDY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence, including in the GCC and the European Union.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
