Do you offer customers anything for a review?

No. We never offer a discount, gift, prize draw, or any other incentive for a review. Platform policies prohibit it and it puts your Business Profile at risk of suspension. We ask, at the right moment, and we make it easy.

Why not just ask for reviews directly?

A blanket ask to everyone gets ignored. Asking the right customer at the right moment, right after a good experience, is what works. No incentive is needed and none is offered.

How does the referral step connect to the rest of the system?

The referral comes back in at the missed-calls leak, Leak 5, so the loop closes rather than dropping into a separate process.
